Night Vision Precision Rifle Course
This POST-certified course was designed to familiarize the precision shooter with their assigned night vision system. Topics covered include nomenclature and functionality of night vision devices, proper mounting and zeroing, unit capabilities and limitations out to 200 yards, moving target engagements under night vision, and qualification courses of fire. 3D heads will be used as targets to give students a more realistic understanding of their system's capabilities. Loaner units may be available for the course, but inquire in advance about this option.

State-of-the-art units will be available during the class so students can learn and understand current technology capabilities.

LOCATION: Day 1 will start at 1400 hours at the Fresno Police Regional Training Center at 6375 W. Central, Fresno. Day 2 will start at 1500 at the Fresno Rifle & Pistol Club at 15687 Auberry Road, Friant. Directions will be provided in class on Day 1.
